This is GORGEOUS home-made sauce  - perfect for detoxes and perfect on salads!

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: blend

Equipment: high-speed blender

Yield: 4 medium servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups of red-bell peppers
  •  ¼ cup carrot
  • 1 TBS. ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 TBS sweetener (xylitol)
  • 1 ½ TBS. lemon
  • 2 ½ TBS. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Himalayan salt
  • ½ cup olive oil

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth
  • Store in a glass jar for up to 10 days in the fridge
  • Serve over salad, veggies, quinoa or rice

Soup Option:

  • add cayenne for spice or Thai seasoning
  • take the above recipe and add ½ cup of warm water, add a cup of coconut cream and a 1 TBS of psyllium to thicken. Simply blend to make a beautiful soup. Serve with a sprinkle of seeds of your choice – sprouted sunflower seeds go well.
