Mia is a legal business development manager turned holistic health & nutrition coach and yoga teacher. Having practised yoga for over 8 years, she undertook her first yoga teacher training over 5 years ago in Asia and completed her Yoga Alliance 200 hour certification. Mia then went on to complete the more advanced yoga teacher training of 500 hours, with a special interest in yoga therapy and yoga for pre- and post- natal women.
As well as being passionate about yoga, Mia is also passionate about healthy food. Currently the in-house raw chef and health coach at Essentially.ae, Mia develops raw and plant-based recipes with a focus on “just eat real food – food that feeds”, inspiring clients with an abundance of delicious and nutritious food. Mia has a particular interest in food as a preventative medicine; a naturopathic method of eating and living and this will be incorporated into her raw chef training certification course that she will run this year (2017) in Dubai.

Mia consults private clients and corporates in relation to natural health through her yoga sessions as well as offering one on one health coaching, cooking classes, health writing and, coming soon, wellness retreats.
In her spare time, Mia loves to write and is a regular contributor to the popular online magazine www.sassymamadubai.com. Mia’s writing and recipes have also featured locally on www.ripeme.com , Spinney’s Food Magazine and Aquarius as well as other global publications.
Mia is also a busy mum to a happy and healthy 1 year old Thalia and fur son, Zighy.
